  1. Hi! We are so glad to have you in the neighborhood. Are you are only going to be open on Wednesdays, or will you ever be open on the weekends in the rio Medina location?

    1. Hello! We are only open Wednesdays for now. I am considering possibly opening Saturday in “peak season” when we get extra help. Right now I do the farmer’s market in Boerne on Saturday’s (our 4th year). ~Michelle

      1. Thanks so much, Michelle! We love fresh produce and live in Castroville so we’re only a stone’s throw away from you. We’re hoping to come see you this coming Wednesday. In case I missed it, what is your exact address?

    1. Hi! We are selling produce to limited places right now as we are in between seasons. We have 55 active box customers through our produce CSA, sell online with the Farmer’s Market at the Cibolo’s curbside pickup service (Boerne – our normal Saturday market), and selling at Silver Creek in Hondo.

    2. Hello,
Are there part-time jobs available at your location?
I am interested in learning more about farming and assisting if there is a job opening.

      Thank you,
      Melanie

  2. When will you start selling again ? I bought your produce and they were wonderful!!!! Especially the carrots 🥕 delicious!!! Used them in my pot roast and couldn’t eat enough of them!

    1. Thank you!! We just started preparing for Fall planting today. The official date to start most of the Fall vegetables (carrots, beets, broccoli, cabbage, etc) is Aug 1-15. Will start harvesting Oct/Nov and continually plant/harvest till April/May. I’m thinking on making an email list of what’s available through out the year (separate from my CSA produce boxes) and dates for pop-up markets at the farm during the Fall/Winter if you’re interested. ~Michelle
