Fall/Winter 2025 Planting/Harvesting List:

Produce we have for sale at the moment:

  • Okra – limited

Here is what we have planted and on the way:

  • Kale: Red russian, blue dwarf, siberian
  • Lettuce: oak leaf, waldmans, red romaine, red curly
  • Cucumbers: slicing and pickling
  • Tomatoes: yellow pear, florintino, slicing, cherry
  • Butternut squash
  • Acorn squash
  • Black eyed peas/purple hull peas
  • Green beans
  • Zucchini
  • Yellow squash **plants have silver leaf – may be limited*
  • Radishes: French breakfast, pink beauty, watermelon, cherry belle.
  • Turnips: golden globe & white egg.

  • Banana squash & buttercup squash **Striped cucumber beetle takeover – may be limited*

Normal Scheduled Plantings:

  • Oct 1st – green onions – start harvesting 3 weeks after planting
  • Jan-Feb – sugar snap peas – start harvesting a month-ish after planting
  • Feb-Mar – potatoes – start harvesting 3 months after planting
  • Aug 1-15th – Fall planting – ready starting in Oct
  • Mar 1st-15th – Spring planting – ready starting in May

Boerne – Friday Morning

San Antonio Box home deliveries have a $3-5 fee depending on delivery. Please specify where you live and we can plan accordingly!

Produce Box Information

Buy a box when you want. Each box is Farmer’s pick from our farm of produce that is organically grown and in-season. Occasionally, we will have organically grown local fruits and vegetables to help supplement. Each box comes with a weekly newsletter and recipe featuring box products.

We also have add on items like eggs, sometimes bread, jam, non-organic local fruits (I.e. Poteet strawberries, Poteet blackberries or Fredericksburg peaches when in season) or other additions like goat milk soaps.

You can order weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. On a schedule – or randomly! No extra costs or fees like a traditional CSA box. Try one out today!

 

Half box
$22 – 6 items

Will feed an individual for 1 week

Example:
1 Head romaine
1 Head Butter lettuce
3-4 small squash
1 bunch beets
1 bunch carrots
3-4 tomatoes

$33 – 8-10 items

Will feed 3-4 people or a couple every other week

Example:
1 Lettuce head – Romaine
1 lettuce head – Bibb
1 lettuce head – Red Butter
1/2 lb. Catskill Brussels sprouts
1 bundle Red Russian kale
1 bundle Dinosaur kale
1/2 lb. Bloomsdale spinach
1/2 lb. Beefsteak tomatoes
1 small head of Red Express cabbage
1 large head of Round Dutch cabbage
